Cranberry Sauce |
4 c cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 1/2 c sugar

1 c water
rind of 1 orange
|
Boil cranberries, water and sugar until cranberries pop their skins. Cool somewhat and place in blender. Add orange rind and blend at high speed.
Substitution suggestions: Try adding spices or substituting a little orange extract for the orange rind. Enjoy!
